A STANDARD message consists of any content that you enter in this section. You can type in (or cut and paste) up to 5000 words. Further, you can upload a file (or files) from your computer to attach to your message. The size limit of the entire content is 10 Megabytes per transmission (we alert you to the size of the message/content as you are submitting it). The content you submit will then be transmitted exactly as you have entered it here.
